Login Procedure

1. Use your favorite browser to access the web mail (e.g. Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc..)

Type http://www.wkk.com.hk in browser address field.

Click WKK Web Mail Button

2. Click the “WKK Web Mail” button to reach the Sign-in Page.

Click here to sign in

Type your mail address

3. Type your “User Name” and “Password” to login.

Click “OK” to finish login procedure

Read Mail

1. After login, you will see your mails in “inbox”

Click to read mail individually

Click to sort ascending

2. You will see the mail message after click the mail

Delete this mail

Mail with attachment, click to open or save this attachment

Compose and Send New Mail

Address book selection

Click to send this mail

	Find and attach your file with this mail
Type your message here

FAQ

Q 1. Cannot compose mail when using web mail.

Ans. When follow screen appear when compose/ reply mail, make sure to click “yes” to run the lotus domino applet on your pc.

Make sure to click this check box and click “yes”

If the above screen cannot load,

Click “Tools” -> “Internet Options”

Then click “Delete Files…” at Temporary Internet files”

Click “Delete all offline content” and press OK

Finally, restart the Browser again.
